The petitioners have prayed for consideration of their representation by the Principal Secretary to the Government of West Bengal received by the School Education Department on 29th April, 2022. The representation is undated. It is Annexure P-8 of the writ application.

I direct the Principal Secretary to the Government of West Bengal to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners or their representative within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order and to pass a reasoned order by three weeks thereafter and to communicate the same to the petitioners by two weeks thereafter.

As I have disposed of without calling for affidavits Mr. Basu Mallick, learned advocate for the State has prayed that allegations made in this writ application are not admitted and deemed to have been denied.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
