Mr. Sur, learned Counsel, appearing for the State submitted a status report wherefrom it appears that chargesheet in this case was filed on 19.09.2002 under Section 147/148/149/302 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, the matter was committed to the Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Darjeeling for disposal.

On perusal of the application, the impugned Order and other materials on record, it appears that exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands dismissed.
