This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the father praying for a direction upon the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track 4th Court, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas to dispose of the application for visitation rights filed in Act VIII Misc. Case No.43 of 2024 expeditiously.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the hearing of the application for visitation rights has been fixed on 3rd January, 2026. He further submits that the application is otherwise ready for hearing.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to issue notice upon the opposite party.

However, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite party or upon the learned advocates representing her before the learned Trial Court.

In the light of the submission made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, C.O. No.3003 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track 4th Court, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas to take up the hearing of the application for visitation rights on the next date fixed, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing, and to make an endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
