On perusal of the writ petition I find that petitioner has made a representation on 19th July, 2022 being Annexure P-5 to the writ petition before the respondents authority concerned for redressal of her grievance, details of which will appear from the said representation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition being WPA 19443 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the Assistant Director of Fisheries(Co-operative), Malda/respondent No.6 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order by passing a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law.
