1. The petitioners pray for anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Counsel for the State has relied upon the statements of the victim who alleged to have suffered burn injury while she was undergoing treatment at the Government Hospital.

3. In view of the statements of the victim appearing from the case diary which are in the nature of dying declaration implicating the petitioners and the initial forensic examination suggests murder, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
