1. Order dated September 12, 2025 is mentioned at the behest of the petitioner.

2. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that, the petitioner filed the instant revisional application being the de facto complainant in G.R. Case No. 2567 of 2022.

3. The order dated September 12, 2025 passed by this Court under the impression that, the petitioner is an accused and for that reason in the said order, the petitioner was directed to remain present on the date fixed before the learned Trial Court for receiving the copies under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Such direction on de facto complainant was not desirable. It was gone down in the order on an impression that revisional application was preferred by an accused.

4. In such circumstances, paragraph-4 of the order dated September 12, 2025 starting with, "learned advocate for the

petitioner and ending with Section 207 of the Cr.P.C." be deleted from this order.

5. Department will incorporate such corrections in the order dated September 12, 2025.
