APP Ms. Suparna Chatterjee ..for the State Mr. Sabir Ahmed Mr. Tasnim Ahamed ..for the opposite party no.2 Mr. Sabir Ahmed, learned advocate for the opposite party no.2/complainant submits before this Court that he received instruction from his client that his client Lipika Rahaman had withdrawn the complaint as filed before the learned trial court pursuant to an amicable settlement between the parties. It reveals from the order dated 03.07.2024 that a report is received from the Superintendent of Police, Dakshin Dinajpur to the effect that the petitioner no.1 Serajuddin Sarkar had died and accordingly this Court passed an order for abatement of the instant revisional application as regards petitioner no.1.

In view of the submission made hereinabove by

Mr. Sabir Ahmed, learned advocate for the opposite party no.2/complainant, this Court finds that CRR 3156 of 2011 has become infructuous and is thus disposed of with all connected interim applications, if there be any. Interim order, if there be any, stands hereby vacated.

Department is directed to forward a copy of this order to the learned trial court forthwith.
