On 8.6.2004 the appeal was not supported by any application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay.

Under such circumstances, the instant appeal is not admitted without steps being taken for filing an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act till date.

Accordingly, the CRA 676 of 2004 is disposed of. Let a copy of this order be sent to the trial court for information and necessary action.
