For the Petitioner The present case was preferred under the provision of Section 12 of the PWDV Act, 2005 pending before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Barasat, being C1848 of 2019. The petitioner since 2019 has been pursuing the remedies at least for an interim relief and particularly has lost hope, as till 2023, she is without any remedy after visiting the Court for a considerable period of time. The record reflects that she was also absent on the previous date and show-cause was issued.

Be that as it may, having regard to the order dated 12.6.2023, as fixed before the Learned Magistrate, wherein the next date has been fixed for hearing the interim application on 16th of October, 2023, I direct that the final

outcome of the interim relief, as prayed for, be decided by 30th of November, 2023.

No unnecessary adjournment shall be granted to either of the parties within 30th of November, 2023. So far as the main application is concerned, the Learned Trial Court would, at least, fix one date in every two months, so that the Trial of the case would reach to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2969 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order, duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
