The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the petitioner succeeded in the 3rd Regional Level Selection Test for the post of group-D and was placed in the wait list in rank 20 as appears from Annexure P-6 at page 30 of the writ application. He has been given recommendation and he was not served with any appointment letter.

Learned advocate for the State is present. Learned advocate for the School Service Commission has to take instruction in this regard.

Considering the submissions of the parties, I direct the Secretary of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission to consider the case of the petitioner and to pass a reasoned order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With this direction, this writ application is disposed of.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the Secretary of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission immediately.
