Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. The said report reflects that initially there was a civil case being Title Suit No. 105 of 2016 where an interim order was passed by the learned civil court and subsequently the same was not extended. Number of cases under Sections 144 and 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure were instituted inter se parties. The criminal cases being Gosaba Police Station Case No. 215 of 2013 dated 13.09.2013 and Gosaba Police Station Case No. 188 of 2016 dated 16.10.2016 have also been registered and charge-sheet has been submitted in the respective cases.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has sown the crops so

he may be allowed to harvest the same. Such a prayer is not within the domain of this Court. The petitioner is granted liberty, if any impediment is created, to ventilate his grievance before the appropriate authorities. In the meantime, the Inspector-in-Charge, Gosaba Police Station will keep a strict vigil and ensure that there is no breach of peace and tranquility at the subject property at the locale for which dispute exists between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 19896 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
