Mr. Bhaskar Nandi .......for the petitioners Mr. Pant Deb Roy .....for the State The prayer of the petitioner is that a representation made by the petitioner to the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Kolkata Region on 15th September, 2021 for alignment of a particular route to be considered and granted in the light of a No Objection Report given by the Bidhannagar Police Commissionerate on 15th July, 2021 and the Records of Proceedings of the Regional Transport Authority on 10th August, 2021.

The submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is supported on behalf of the State-respondents.

Learned counsel appearing for the Staterespondents submits that in a meeting held on 25th January, 2022, the prayer for concerned route

alignment has been granted and such decision shall be communicated to the petitioner in due course. The State-respondents are directed to communicate the decision taken in the matter to the petitioner within a period of one week from date. Since nothing further remains to be decided in the writ petition, WPA 20204 of 2021 is disposed of in terms of the above.
