Pursuant to the order dated August 21, 2023, the Command Hospital at Kolkata has submitted a report before this Court addressed to the Assistant Registrar - VIII, Appellate Side, which is taken on record.

The medical unfitness on account of low hemoglobin rate has been confirmed and reiterated by the Command Hospital at Kolkata.

In that view of the matter, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

The writ petition shall stand disposed of without any order.
