He intends to know the fate of his candidature. Application was made under the Right to Information Act, 2005 in June, 2024. No information has been provided to the petitioner till date. The petitioner is aggrieved by the same.

I am afraid that the Writ Court cannot entertain the prayer of the petitioner at this stage. There is a statutory remedy available under the Right to Information Act, 2005.

It will be open for the petitioner to avail such remedy in accordance with law, if so advised.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
