Perused the case diary.

It is the prosecution case that the petitioners came in a team and threatened the victim, took away money from him and assaulted him. In fact, it is alleged that the petitioner no.3 put a gun on the head of the victim. The petitioner nos. 1, 4 and 5 were having criminal antecedents.

Considering the serious nature of allegations and the incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
