The writ petition is taken up for consideration subsequent to the order dated July 9, 2021.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, proceedings under Section 10(3) of the Act of 1964 are pending.

In such circumstances, the State Authorities taking steps under the Act of 1964, it would be appropriate to direct the authorities to conclude the proceedings under the Act of 1964 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six weeks from date.

W.P.A. No.17973 of 2019 is disposed of, accordingly.
