The contempt proceeding has been drawn up alleging violation of order dated 26th November, 2021 passed by this Court.

It has been submitted on behalf of the applicant that no decision has been taken by the alleged contemnors in terms of the said order dated 26th November, 2021 though the applicant was heard by the authorities.

The learned advocate of the applicant is directed to serve notice of this contempt application enclosing copy of the order passed by this Court today upon the alleged contemnors within seven days from date and file affidavit of service on the adjourned date.

The contempt application is made returnable on 26th August, 2022.

However, it is made clear that pendency of this contempt application shall not preclude the

alleged contemnors from complying with the order passed by this Court.
