Mr. Jayak Gupta ....For the State in WPA 23191 of 2009 These applications are taken up for consideration treating them as on day's list.

The applications have been filed by the respondent college in these writ petitions seeking modification of the order dated October 4, 2010 passed in these writ petitions.

Mr. Ekramul Bari, learned counsel appeared for the writ petitioner in WPA 16109 of 2010 and raised a question of maintainability. Such point of maintainability is kept open.

The applications are of 2011 seeking modification of an order of 2010 passed in these writ petitions. There is no scope for any interim order.

The respondents in the respective application shall file their affidavits-in-opposition on or before June 20, 2023. Reply, if any, thereto shall be filed by July 20, 2023.

ACO The applications shall appear under the heading "For Hearing" in the Combined Monthly List of August, 2023.

Mr. Jayak Gupta, learned State counsel in WPA 23191 of 2009 has prayed for an extension of time to file his client's affidavit.

Such extension is granted and the client of Mr. Gupta in WPA 23191 of 2009 shall also file affidavit following the directions made above.
