It is submitted that charge-sheet has been filed against four persons, two of whom members of Golfgreen Police Station, one is Civic Volunteer and fourth one is the Lower Clerk.

Let a copy of the entire charge-sheet be handed over to Mr. Edulji, Counsel for the petitioner by the Counsel for the State.

The petitioner may pursue any other remedies in respect of charge-sheet in accordance with law including those that have been prayed for and not decided in this proceeding.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition

shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
