The petitioner relies on an order passed by this court in CPAN 292 of 2022 on 10.05.2022 directing the concerned respondent to complete the whole exercise of assessing for evaluating eligibility of the petitioner for the Trainee Reserved Category. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this is the second time that the State-respondent has violated the order passed by this court.

Learned counsel appearing for the Indian Nursing Council places an order of the Supreme Court dated 10.06.2022 in Special Leave to Appeal No. 10571 of 2022 (ST. Stephens Hospital College of Nursing Vs. Union of India and others) where the Supreme Court expressed his

view that the process of admissions in the educational institution cannot be endless and the time limit fixed for such admission has to be treated as closed.
