Mr. Sakti Pada Jana Mr. Subhajyoti Das Mr. Sudipta Pramanik ........for the petitioner Mr. Jayanta Samanta Ms. Indramouli Banerjee .......for the State Today during course of hearing, learned advocates representing the petitioner and State respondents have jointly submitted that Provident Fund amount has been released in favour of the petitioner in terms of previous order dated 14th August, 2024.

In view of aforesaid submission, no further order need be passed in this writ petition excepting the District Inspector of Schools (SE), South 24 Parganas, being respondent no. 2 to supply Provident Fund Account statement to the petitioner if necessary on taking information from the school authority by four weeks from the date of communication of this order. The writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
