Petitioner has approached this Court because of inaction of the police authorities. Records reflect that Title Suit No. 57 of 2025 was preferred before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Durgapur. The Civil Court categorically observed that the report submitted by the police authorities was accepted and further direction was not passed upon the police authorities.

In view of the Civil Court in seisin of the issue, I direct that the petitioner would approach the Civil Court for necessary reliefs.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 18888 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
