Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The notice under Section 10 of the West Bengal Highways Act, 1964 is under challenge in the present writ petition.

It is submitted on behalf of both the parties that demolition of the allegedly unauthorised construction has been completed in terms of the said notice.

In view of the same, nothing further remains for adjudication in the present writ petition, the prayers herein having become redundant.

The writ petition being WPA 20221 of 2021 is disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
