Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the victim implicates the petitioner in the offence of gang rape. Prayer for the bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. In view of the aforesaid incriminating facts and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined in granting bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
