1. This instant revisional application has been filed on behalf of the accused persons in G.R. Case No.3925 of 2016 pending before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court, Krishnagar, Nadia.

2. By filing the instant revisional application, direction has been sought for expeditious disposal of the G.R. Case No. 3925 of 2016.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that, the case was initiated on November 17, 2016 and investigation ended in a charge-sheet on January 4, 2017. Ultimately charges were framed against the petitioners on February 8, 2021. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that several dates have gone by since the framing of charge but the prosecution has not examined a single witness till date. It is also submitted that one of the petitioners is an educated person and

searching for job. Delay in disposal of the trial may affect such effort on the part of such accused.

In the facts and circumstances of the present case as narrated above and also going through the copy of the order sheets annexed with the present application, it would be appropriate to request the learned Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court, Krishnagar, Nadia to try and dispose of the G.R. Case No. 3925 of 2016 as early as possible without extending unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties preferably within a period of six months from September 19, 2025 which is the date fixed in the trial court for examination of prosecution witnesses.

5. With the above directions/observations CRR 3613 of 2025 is disposed of.

6. Urgent Xerox certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties, subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
