Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. The grievance of the petitioners is that in spite of directions passed by the learned Executive Magistrate, the private respondents are violating the said order.

The Officer-in-Charge, Anandapur Police Station is directed that in case there is any violation of any order of the learned Executive Magistrate, the concerned officer would check the same and submit a report before the court regarding the violation.

The petitioners would be at liberty to take out an application so that the learned Executive Magistrate would initiate a proceeding under Section 223 of the BNS, 2023.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 19748 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
