1. CAN of is an application seeking clarification of the order dated October 11, 2023.

2. Despite service of notice, the respondents are not represented.

3. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

4. Having heard Mr. Dhiraj Trivedi, learned counsel for the appellants, the order dated October 11, 2023 is clarified as follows, After the last line of the paragraph no. 10 on the 3rd page of the said order dated October 11, 2023, the following sentence shall stand added, "The D-Mat Account No. 1201910300015453 with SMC Global Securities Ltd. stands in the name of Prema Devi".

5. The injunction in respect of the D-Mat Account and SB Account mentioned in the said order dated October 11, 2023 as corrected today, shall continue until disposal of the T.S. 1389 of 2023 in the Court below.

6. Nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the appeal. Hence, FMA 754 of 2023 shall stand disposed of.

7. Consequently, CAN 1 of 2023 and CAN 2 of 2023 shall also stand disposed of.

8. There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
