By an order dated August 25, 2025, this Court had directed the alleged contemnor to consider and dispose of the representation dated March 3, 2025 given by the petitioner preferably within three months from that date. 2.

It is alleged in the contempt application that despite having issued a notice of hearing and such hearing having taken place on November 7, 2025, no further steps have been taken by the authority either by passing any order pursuant to the same or communicating the same to the petitioner.

Accordingly, since a prima facie case has been made out, the petitioner shall serve a copy of CPAN 1992 of 2025 on the alleged contemnor indicating that the contempt application shall be listed next on April 10, 2026, when an affidavit-ofservice shall be filed by the petitioner to that effect.
