The election of Raigunj Railway Side Small Traders Development Co-operative Society Limited fell due long back. The same has not been conducted till date.

The instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 1 being the Co-operative Election Commission to conduct and conclude the election at the earliest but positively within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
