1. Heard the learned advocates for the parties.

2. Considering the materials available in the case diary, the nature and extend of complicity of the petitioner no. 2 & 4 in the commission of the alleged offence as reveals in the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of Code of Criminal Procedure and the medical report, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner nos. 2 & 4. However, in sofar as petitioner nos. 1 and 3 are concerned they are minors and they appear to be children in conflict with law following the order passed by this Bench on 18.11.2024 in CRM (a) 2080 of 2024, we direct the said petitioners were represented by their guardian to appear before the Juvenile Justice Board and said Board shall decide the matter in accordance with the provision of the said Act.

3. In the event in absence of any guardian the social worker shall ensure compliance of this order and appearance of the children within the aforesaid period before the Juvenile Justice Board.

4. The social worker shall assist the guardian for complying with this order.

5. The State is directed to communicate this order to the Juvenile Justice Board concerned and the social worker for information and appropriate action.

6. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory is disposed of.

7. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
