Sarwar Jahan Mr. Maidul Islam Kayal ..... for the petitioner Ms. Tapati Samanta .... for the State Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has become infructuous since the petitioner has subsequently filed the writ petition being granted approval by the College to which the petitioner was transferred. Counsel however submits that the terminal benefits, which were due to the petitioner, have not been released by the first College.

Since this Court is of the view that the prayer for release of terminal benefits is not in the writ petition, no relief can be granted to the petitioner at this stage unless the petitioner files a fresh petition for appropriate relief. The petitioner shall have the liberty to take out appropriate proceedings in that regard.

WPA 17855 of is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated and connected application(s), if any, is disposed of. (Moushumi Bhattacharya, J.)
