1. This is an application for modification of the order dated 29.08.2024.

2. It is fairly submitted that the description of the court has been inadvertently mentioned in the petition.

3. Instead of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raigung, Uttar Dinajpur, it should be learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur.

4. The said prayer is allowed.

5. The petitioner shall appear before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur within one week from date.

6. All other conditions shall remain unchanged.

7. Accordingly, the application being IA No: CRAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.
