Without entering into the contentions raised by the parties, this Court is of the view that justice would be served if the petitioners deposit documents and samples as required under the NIT between 4:45 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. today positively.

It is made clear that in default of furnishing of the documents and samples as above, the petitioners would not be entitled to participate in the NIT. Mr. Debasish Ghosh, Counsel for the State may communicate this order to the concerned respondents. In view of the above, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
