SMP/KDH/LSD/78-2024, does not survive in view of the submission made by Mr. Nag, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Kolkata Port Trust that by a Corrigendum the notice inviting tender has been withdrawn on July 10, 2024.

A copy of the said Corrigendum be handed over to the learned advocate-on-record for the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of without any orders.

There shall be no order as to costs.
