Banerjee) Mr. Tanmoy Mukherjee Mr. Dyutiman Banerjee ...for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the complainant praying for a direction upon the learned West Bengal State Consumer Redressal Commission, Kolkata to dispose of Complaint Case No. CC/651/2018 expeditiously.

Mr. Mukherjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner through virtual mode, submits that July 28, 2025 was fixed for filing the brief notes of argument by the opposite party no. 68 in the consumer complaint case. He further submits that the brief notes of argument has already been filed by the opposite party no. 68 and the consumer complaint case is otherwise ready for hearing. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate-on-record of the petitioner shall be

obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order, upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocate representing them before the learned trial judge.

In the light of the submission made by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, CO 3011 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned West Bengal State Consumer Redressal Commission, Kolkata to make an endeavour to dispose of the Complaint Case No. CC/651/2018 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six working months from the next date fixed, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
