Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, there was a counter police complaint lodged with regard to the incident. The accused there was granted anticipatory bail. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. He submits that, the present police complaint is that one of the injured suffered cut injuries in three fingers of his hand. There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioners in the offence, which the police are investigating. The injury report suggests grievous hurt.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 4132 of 2022 is dismissed.
