The petitioner's case cannot be entertained in light of the judgment delivered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in State of West Bengal vs.

Debabrata Tiwari (AIR 2023 SC 1467), wherein it was held that no applicable policy for compassionate appointment existed for such municipalities.

The impugned order, dated June 8, 2023, also denied the petitioner's prayer based on the aforementioned judgment.

I find no grounds to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, WPA 19123 of 2023 is dismissed.
