1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. Petitioners are in custody for over one year and ten months.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners are not the principal accused.

Co-accused, similarly circumstanced with the petitioners, has been enlarged on bail.

4. Under such circumstances, we are inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail.

5. Accordingly, we direct the petitioners, namely, 1. Priti Jana, 2. Ruma Jana shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, South 24 Parganas at Alipore, subject to condition that the petitioners shall appear before the trial court on each and every date of hearing until further orders and shall not Signed By :

intimidate witnesses and/or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever.

6. In the event petitioners fail to appear before the Trial Court without any justifiable cause, the Trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel their bail without any further reference to this Court.
