The petitioner's case is that pursuant to an order passed by this court, the District Inspector of Schools has passed one reasoned order dated 16.11.2021 wherein the DI has stated that the petitioner was entitled to get basic pay at Rs. 11850.00 instead of Rs. 11025.00 and this has been decided by the DI after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. I direct the respondent no.7, the Headmaster of the School to take appropriate steps so that fresh Pension Payment Order can be issued by the Director of Pension Provident Fund And Group Insurance and the Headmaster will do this within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order and the respondent no.4, the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance will take steps for issuing

revised Pension Payment Order within four weeks from the date of receiving the communication of the Headmaster of the school.

With the above direction, the writ application is disposed of.
