1. Heard Mr. Surajit Nath Mitra, learned Senior Advocate. It appears that the writ petition has been filed challenging an order of the Controlling Authority in Gratuity Case No. G64/17/SLO dated 25.02.2020. At the time of admission of the writ petition, the appellant deposited a sum of Rs.1,18,387.05/- together with interest @10 per cent representing the sum of Rs.1,30,226/-.

2. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that the interest of justice would be served if the claimant, Dipti Bhor wife of late Sambhunath Bhor, deceased workman is allowed to withdraw the said amount together with any further accrued interest.

3. Nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition any further. Hence, WPA 20753 of 2022 is disposed of.

4. Accordingly, the instant appeal is disposed of.

5. This order shall be deemed to have been passed in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case and shall not be treated as precedent.
