An adjournment is sought on the ground of learned counsel appearing for the respondent-IPCL.

However, in view of the innocuous nature of the prayer to which the petitioners restrict themselves, no further adjournment need be granted in the matter. Upon hearing the learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioners, WPA 19503 of 2022 is disposed of by directing respondent no.3, the Central Grievance Redressal Officer, India Power Corporation Limited, to dispose of the dispute raised by the petitioners before the said respondent upon giving opportunity of hearing to all concerned and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, positively within six weeks from date. There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
