1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioners' legal representation dated 9th March, 2024 filed before the Life Insurance Corporation of India is pending consideration. The petitioner prays for disposal of the same.

3. As it appears that the legal representation on behalf of the petitioner is pending consideration before the respondent authority, accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Senior Divisional Manager, being the respondent no. 2 herein to consider and dispose of the legal representation filed on behalf of the petitioners strictly in accordance with law after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties and, if required, after conducting a thorough enquiry.

4. The reasoned order shall be passed at the earliest, but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

5. If the petitioners are found to be entitled to any benefit, the same shall be granted to them immediately thereafter.

6. Learned advocate for the petitioners is directed to forward the legal representation dated 9th March, 2024 along with all supporting documents to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
