In view of such, the department is directed to trace out the IA No. CAN 1 of 2024 and to tag the same with the instant review application. 3.

In the event the IA No. CAN 1 of 2024 is not traceable, the department is directed to reconstruct the same after making contact with the learned counsel on record for the review petitioner. 4.
