Petitioner seeks cancellation of the bail granted on October 7, 2021 by the learned Sessions Judge.

Learned Advocate appearing for petitioner submits that there are two grounds for cancellation of bail. He refers to the complaint lodged by the private opposite party while in jail custody. He submits that the private opposite party is guilty of post-bail misconduct.

So far as the post-bail misconduct is concerned, there is no material produced on record to suggest the same let above establishing it. The complaint lodged by the private opposite party is of no consequence so far as the present application is concerned.

The learned Judge gave reasons for enlarging the private opposite party on bail by the order dated October 7, 2021. Such reasons cannot be said to be perverse.

Consequently, we find no material to interfere with the order granting bail to the private opposite party on October 7, 2021.

Accordingly, the prayer for cancellation of bail is rejected. C.R.M. 8455 of 2021 is dismissed.
