1. The petitioners pray for disposal of the application made under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act in the year 2022.

2. Learned senior counsel representing the State respondents has obtained instruction from the District Magistrate, Howrah wherefrom it appears that the application of the petitioner stood returned as the same was not followed by supporting documents.

3. A request was made to the authorised officer of the petitioner no. 1 to re-submit the application along with the documents as sought for.

4. The communication from the office of the District Magistrate, Howrah addressed to the authorised officer of the petitioner no. 1 bearing Memo No. 1458/RM dated 7th August, 2024 be retained with the records.

5. Copy of the same has been handed over to the learned advocate representing the petitioners in Court

today.

6. It will be open for the petitioners to take steps in response to the aforesaid communicating memo.

7. Affidavit-of-service filed today in Court be kept with the records.

8. The writ petition stands disposed of.

9. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
