In Re: CRAN 1 of 2022 Report submitted by Mr. Das, learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. The conditions so imposed in the order dated August 30, 2022 shall remain in force till the evidence of the victim girl is over. After the evidence of the victim girl is over, the petitioner would be at liberty to pray for waiving the conditions relating to staying outside the jurisdiction of Tamluk Police Station before the learned special court and on such application being made, the learned special court shall allow the same on such terms as the learned special court deems fit and proper. In case the petitioner intends to enter the jurisdiction of Tamluk Police Station for any specific purpose in the meantime, permission to that effect may be sought from the learned special court and the learned special court would consider and allow the same for the limited purpose till the evidence of the victim girl is over. So far as the other conditions are concerned, the same would continue.

With the aforesaid observations, CRAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
