Petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that in spite of information furnished regarding the act and action of the accused to the police authorities on or about 29.05.2025, no steps have been taken. Petitioner alleges that cognizable offence was made out and the injury report itself fortifies the accusations of the present petitioners. State has drawn the attention of the Court that a case was registered way back on 31.05.2025 being Kulpi Police Station case no.

203/25 under Sections 126(2)/18(2)/110/74/79 of the BNS.

Having considered that police authorities have already taken steps and charge-sheet has already been submitted on 30th June, 2025, I am of the view that police authorities at the relevant point of time did take steps inconsonance with the provisions of law. Since chargesheet has already been submitted before the jurisdictional Court, if the petitioners are aggrieved by any action of the

police authorities, petitioners would approach the jurisdictional Court with necessary prayers which the learned Court would consider the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 18937 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
