It is submitted that the appeal being Criminal appeal no. 12 of 2017 has already been disposed of vide order no. 24 dated 30th July, 2022 by the appellate court and as such the application has become infructuous.

In view of above, CRAN 1 of 2022 is dismissed as infructuous.

A copy of the order passed by the appellate court is taken on record.
