Petitioner filed a representation on 11.03.2022, pursuant to which Dankuni Police Station Case No.82 of 2022 dated 11.03.2022 was registered for investigation. Steps were taken by the police authorities and thereafter charge-sheet was submitted before the jurisdictional court. Another case being Dankuni Police Station Case No.315 of 2022 dated 30th August, 2022 was registered for investigation and on conclusion of investigation charge-sheet was submitted under the relevant provisions of the Indian Penal Code against five accused persons.

State has submitted that the police authorities have taken steps as and when called for. Since the charge-sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court in two cases wherein

complaints were advanced on behalf of the petitioner, I am of the view that the invoking of the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is uncalled for.

Accordingly, WPA 19825 of is dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Certified copy filed by the petitioner be also kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
