This is an application of 2017 filed under Section 482 read with Section 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code seeking quashing of the FIR and chargesheet of Chatterjeehat PS Case no. 112/2014 dated 2nd May, 2014 being corresponding G.R. Case no. 3122/2014 under Section 498A, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the learned 2nd Judicial Magistrate at Howrah.

The petitioners also not represented on earlier several occasions. Accordingly, the CRR 2557 of 2017 is dismissed for default.

Consequently, the application CRAN 1/2017 (Old CRAN 3603/2017) is, thus, disposed of.

The interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Department is directed to communicate this order to the learned trial court immediately for information. Urgent certified copy of the order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously upon taking necessary legal formalities.
